About Ololade

Ololade Raji is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Business Administrators (FCABA) and a registered Engineer with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has deep knowledge of Consumer Goods & Services, Utilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Oil & Gas industries. He is a Managing Director in Inovere and in the last 19 years worked in Accenture, where he led the Products and Consumer Goods space. Ololade has been involved in complex multi-site deployments, industry transformation and human capital initiatives, change management, business process outsourcing, program delivery and ERP solution implementations. Prior to his Accenture career, he also worked briefly in Cutler Hammer Nigeria Limited.,

 

Ololade is a certified Change Manager with the Prosciware Change Management Institute, a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a certified SAP practitioner in Materials Management, an alumnus of African Venture Common Purpose team in Nigeria, a registered member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and was also elected into the Society for Petroleum Engineers in 2012. He supports WEConnect International focused on connecting women-owned businesses to global buyers, enabling the local cottage industry and leads various learning institutes.

 

Ololade holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Honours from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, a Distinction in Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Brentwood University, California. Ololade has excellent interpersonal, mentoring and coaching skills. He is a highly motivated person, leads design-thinking, change journeys, and business interactives and willing to invest his experience in developing new capabilities and fostering better business relationships. He lives in Lagos with his family and is an abstract artist with interests in acrylic paintings, handcrafted cards, unique and unusual furniture.
